Deposit: To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of one nights stay is required.
Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival will incur no further costs. In the event that the booking is cancelled within 14 days of your arrival or for guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, the full amount will be charged. If for any reason guests have to leave early and their stay is ‘altered’, they will still be liable for the full amount.
Loss/Damage – We ask that care is taken at Autumn Leaves Guest House. Guests are liable for any loss or damage to our property or the items within it. Please report any damages as soon as they occur.
We do not tolerate abusive / disruptive behaviour, if you are abusive / disruptive in any manor either towards staff or guests you will be asked to leave the property and will be charged the full amount.
The credit/debit card details supplied are held to secure payment for any loss of keys, damage or breakages caused during your stay. If the damage is significant, we may make an additional charge, especially in the instance of us being unable to let the room due to damage.
