Rooms
Autumn Leaves offers a range comfortable rooms to accommodate the single traveller, couples, families and small groups. All rooms are equipped with a colour TV, alarm clock radio and complementary toiletries and fluffy towels. Each room has extensive hospitality tray with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits, juice is provided for children when children are staying. Spare pillows, blankets or hot water bottles are provided in each room. Use of iron, ironing board and hairdryer are available upon request. A free travel cot is available and fits in rooms 3,4,5 and 6 (though bedding for it is not provided).

Room 2 - Double en-suite. This delightful, comfortable room is also at rear of the property and on the first floor. It is a welcoming room decorated in peach and gold. There are some “Forever Friends” teddies, giving a homely addition to this room. |

Room 3 - Double en-suite. This bright, cheery room has front aspect on the first floor, giving views of Broad Street and Ellerthwaite Park. With a comfortable chair in the bay it is the ideal place to watch the world go by. Again there are “Forever Friends” teddies in the room. |
Room 4 - Standard Single. Again on the first floor this room has to offer all the single traveller will require. It is a comfortable room decorated in cream and aqua. It has it’s own sink and vanity area. |
A bright, airy
attic room on the second floor. The two comfortable single beds have “Forever
Friends” waiting to welcome you. This room is suitable for adults or children
alike as there is no restrictions with head height. The room is equipped with
your own personal basin. |
This family room has double and a single bed. Making it ideal for families or small groups wishing to share a room. It is a lovely, bright room with teddies and cushions to make your stay more comfortable. It also is equipped with a basin. |

We know from experience how difficult it is to find holiday accommodation allowing you to take your fury best friend. So we accept most breeds of dogs and all our bedrooms are dog friendly. We do not provide pet beds as we have found most dogs prefer their own bed, as it helps them settle better. Dogs are also not allowed in the dining room. We hope this gives you the opportunity of enjoying a holiday bed and breakfast style in Windermere with your faithful friend. There is a charge of £10 per visit. Home

We would ask you though to respect the soft furnishings and bedding, so no dogs must go on the beds or chairs. Also your dog must not be left with free range of the bedroom, so if you wish to leave him/her ‘home alone’ for the evening, they must be crated. Dogs must be kept on leads when walking through the guest house, as often they are very excited about being away.
